2. Mask Satisfaction

We at CPAPClinic.ca stands by our genuine OEM products and your satisfaction. If you're not 100% satisfied with the mask's fit/comfort or any other legitimate reason, contact us and mail it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Returns postmarked after 30 days of purchase will not be eligible for refund. Please note we will NOT make any exceptions to Return Shipment Carrier and are not responsible for payment of return shipping. Allow a few business days upon receiving your return for completion of the refund process. We allow an exchange process based on your feedback to find a better fitting mask or adjust the size.
