Unbelievable service! We were a little apprehensive making such a large purchase online but due to this company having such a great rating with the BBB we decided to take a chance because the prices were the cheapest we could find anywhere, especially with their price match policy. We placed our order and had a couple items for which we requested a price match, which was honoured, no questions asked! Our order was placed at 3:00 pm, by 4:05 pm we received the Canada Post tracking information!!! Order was received 2 days later in perfect condition. One item did not fit properly so when we inquired as to how/if we could make an exchange we were advised That they would be sending the replacement size with a shipping label to return the item that had to be returned. Within 10 mins we received the tracking information!!!! We have never seen service like his before and we will definately be referring others to this company and we will be regular customers without a doubt!!!!! Would not shop anywhere else!!!!
Purchased a CPAP sanitizer on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday morning. That is what I call fast as I live in Edmonton.However it seems that a letter mail sent a week later took 5 days to arrive. Not CPAP clinics fault as the delay on the letter mail comes from Canada Post. Will let everyone that I know that this is the place to deal with
