I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. Extraordinary Service Once Again!

Once again, I am overwhelmed with the quality of service from the CPAP Clinic. The extreme patience and kindness of my many enquiries from Juli has me once again, overwhelmed with the extraordinary service I keep receiving from the CPAP Clinic! I have been shopping for all of my CPAP accessories for a few years now and I would never go elsewhere. I just purchased a CPAP machine and Juli was so helpful to share her knowledge and suggestions while making my purchase. The service I always receive far exceeds other CPAP clinics as far as I m concerned. I live in Saskatchewan; previously BC and Alberta and the shipping is quick and so easy!
