Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

Mon nom Claude. Je n ai que des félicitations à faire à cette équipe de cette clinique. Rapide professionnel. Pas de retard au contraire il on ue de l avance sur la livraison. Je vous l avoue j était craintif de faire une commande à cette endroit, il on du vite à me prouvé le contraire. Je les recommande à ceux qui n on pas d assurance comme moi des prix que nous retrouvons pas au Québec bravo

Amazing is an understatement
I arrived in Halifax from Ontario only to discover the power cord for my Airmini was missing. My apnea is very severe meaning it is dangerous for me to miss a night let alone several. I checked every store in the area and many online stores. No luck. Either no stick or 5 day delivery. I called CPAPclinic.ca at 2pm my time. I had the cord in my hands 9am next day. I can t say enough about these guys. Special thanks to Heidi in shipping!!
