I had been looking for a CPAP machine for a couple of months. When I found this site I felt comfortable dealing with them right away due to their Better Business rating and the service I received when I called to ask a few questions. Having the personal touch and someone actually answer their phone was reassuring. I will continue to purchase my CPAP needs from this company in the future. Thank You for your great service!!!!!
Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.
