My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. Very happy with the service
I am a long time CPAP user. I started out using another CPAP retailer and was quite happy there until the person I normally deal with left the company. I decided to search around for another company and found CPAP Clinic in Vaughan. I have been dealing with Juli and Melissa for several years now.
