Most CPAP machines today have 2 filter options: Pollen and Ultrafine. Pollen filters can be reused and therefore more cost effective. The pollen filter will filter out larger particles like pollen, dust and pet dander.
Pollen filters will not filter out microbial particles (i.e. viral and bacterial particles).
Ultra-fine Filters will filter out smaller particles but are not reusable.Pollen filters are the reusable counterpart to Ultra-fine Filters which are disposable.
Pollen filters can be washed and reused up to 5 times or until they become deteriorated.
Juli, an excellent person to deal with. I was looking to upgrade my old machine and various accessories. I stopped by the CPAP clinic in Vaughan, and told Juli what I was looking for. I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful. The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. And when she is not in that location, she leaves instructions with her co-worker about my requests. Amazing service. Thank you Juli.

Best prices and service around
Love this place, they ship quick and have the best prices. Unfortunately my work benefits no longer have this company on their list for reimbursement so I either have to pay out of pocket here or buy from a place that is on their list which their prices are normally 3 to 4 times higher and then I will get reimbursed 100% of what I paid. No wonder insurance prices are so high. The insurance company through my work would rather pay 3 times more for a product I need than this company that has decent prices.
