I have been working with Jili at your Dixie Road location for a couple of months now. I came to her with a complete list of issues: CPAP machine not working correctly, mask would not fit correctly because of my full beard, using the machine with very little or no results, etc, etc.
Juli is friendly, very patient and extermely knowledgable. I now have a machine and a face mask that work. I'm sure that if it wasn't for Juli's help I would have stopped using the machine weeks ago.

I was very impressed by her knowledge. She took the time to explain the difference between the various new machines on the market; she is passionate and cares about her client. She was extremely helpful.
The purchase was very smooth and service after the purchase was even better. She replied to all my questions and concerns very fast. And when she is not in that location, she leaves instructions with her co-worker about my requests.

Would leave 0 star if possible ordered F20 mask on Mar 6 online it said there were 12 in stock got an email saying out of stock but would be shipped in a day or two. I just talked with them and they say 1 more week for stock to arrive they charged my credit card at time of order so I paid for something I can t use had to cancel order to get my money back online it says 9 in stock rep says online not updated. They need to get on the ball.
