Best Customer Service Ever
After finding out that my machine was recalled and I was to stop using my machine immediately, I was terrified to think I would have no therapy till the situation with Phillips was resolved. I contacted Juli at the CPAP Clinic and was advised to contact my insurance provider to authorize a replacement. When they said go ahead, Juli expedited a new machine the same day, and after only 2 business days, it arrived ( I live in Alberta). Forgotten CPAP electrical cord
I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
