I did try to leave a comment with BBB but it was only USA survey; I tried to leave a comment with Yellow Pages - but could not find anywhere on their very busy page to do that. My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. He was very professional and helpful, kept me informed, and now I have received a brand new unit. Just excellent service and personal assistance.
