ResMed's S9 Series CPAP systems use an external power supply with AC Power Cord. There are two versions of the power supply: a 90W version which is supplied as standard with the system, and a 30W version available as an optional accessory (for use without humidifier).
The 30 Watt Power Supply includes four plug adapters, including adapters for US, Europe, Australia and Great Britain.
The 30 Watt power supply offers less bulk (it's 2.5 inches shorter than the 90W power supply) and less weight (it's about 3/4 the weight of the 90W power supply). It's a great choice for CPAP users traveling without a humidifier.
When using this power supply with a humidified machine the heater plate and tubing need to be turned off so that the unit is working in passover humidifier mode only. Please note that this 30W power supply is not designed to power a ResMed S9 machine with a humidifier. If you're using the S9 H5i heated humidifier, then you need the 90W transformer which came with your device.
Also note that this 30W transformer works with all S9 devices, including the S9 VPAP bilevel devices.
Thanks for all your help! Amazing customer service!

Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

Excellent and swift service. Unmatched!!
I purchased my CPAP, masks & hoses as well as my travel bag many years ago, and all is well. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and quick shipping. I have check with other CPAP "stores" and no contest!
