I placed an order yesterday for some replacement gels for my mom s mask and...they arrived today, free shipping included. All the other places I phoned and even placed an order with never even bothered to reply. I guess they see it as a bother, unless you order big ticket items. You have found a new customer. I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. J ai épargné environ 200 $ comparativement à avoir acheté cet appareil auprès de fournisseurs au Québec et ce, pour le même service et pour le service après vente. Avant d acheter cet appareil, j ai échangé des courriels avec CPAP Clinic et ils ont répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Comme j étais à Mississauga pour des raisons d affaires, ils ont mis une machine de côté pour quelques jours avant mon déplacement d affaires pour une livraison en magasin. Autrement, ils étaient prêts à me l expédié à la maison. Quand je suis arrivé au magasin, ils ont préparé l appareil pour moi. Ils m ont fourni un excellent service. Félicitations!

My wife and I have been dealing with CPAP Clinic for a few years. We have also had sleep doctors try to direct us to other clinics. Don t do it. If you need this kind of service this place is excellent. We will never go anywhere else. Value: CPAP machines are partially funded by OHIP and there are standard packages that you can get at any clinic right? WRONG. These people are honest and provide a complete package INCLUDING a modern mask. They will consult and fit you and ensure you have equipment that works for you. Some other clinics will have you spending hundreds extra on an appropriate mask, returning multiple times to their clinic and wasting precious sleep getting the right mask. There is no up-sell pressure on anything. They try to get you the best package day 1 and anything you do buy yourself in the future (like replacement masks and filters) is sold at a competitive price. Knowledge: They know all the gear and all of the products. They deal with enough people that they can tell you what real users think about anything as opposed to repeating company marketing. It is important to have someone accessible that can help with your equipment and also ensure your doctors are getting your sleep data. You can shop here confidently. Stop looking.
