Forgotten CPAP electrical cord

I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter

I happened to travel to Toronto, forgetting my cpap machine up north I contacted Cpap Vaughan, spoke with Kiana,explained my predicament,I was told I would receive a call back very shortly. Within 5 mins,I received a call from Charisma. Kiana had given her my concerns, Charisma offered my a loner machine,for the week of my stay,before getting back to my machine up north!
