I look forward to many years of service from CPAP Clinic.
Hi Alex and staff, I received your email with all of the social networking links - however, I do not use social networking. I did try to leave a comment with BBB but it was only USA survey; I tried to leave a comment with Yellow Pages - but could not find anywhere on their very busy page to do that. SO, I decided to just drop you a line and thank you for your excellent service. The mask I recently purchased is working very well, the best to date. Thanks for recommending it. I look forward to many years of service from CPAP Clinic. Thanks again.

Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

Purchased a CPAP sanitizer on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday morning. That is what I call fast as I live in Edmonton. However it seems that a letter mail sent a week later took 5 days to arrive. Not CPAP clinics fault as the delay on the letter mail comes from Canada Post. Will let everyone that I know that this is the place to deal with
