I was at the Barrie store today to get my first CPAP machine. The customer service I received from Robert and June was second to none. They educated me on the product, assisted me with everything I needed and a professional and pleasing manner. Very informative, personable and a pleasure to speak with. The store pricing and service puts another supplier in the Barrie area TO SHAME (CPAP Store by PROFMed) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and these PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE service members. In my opinion this is the ONLY place to get a CPAP machine. A very enjoyable and educational experience. THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!

New Equipment

I previously dealt with Medigas in Barrie until all the staff were replaced. When I went in for my eligible equipment replacement . If I can’t say nothing good about them I won’t say anything other than I’ll never go there or spend .05 there again. I found the CPAP Clinic up on Bell Farm Rd. I was warmly met and greeted by Natasha who started my file and took my info for June. June was the most efficient CPAP technician I’ve ever met, she was not intimidated by my Healthcare Providers and knew how to process my necessary requirements expertly. Well done by CPAP Clinic Barrie, I am very grateful for the attention given to me and expertise in handling my file. Thank You very much.
