Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

I tried the CPAP machine but it was very uncomfortable for me, I discontinued use and now seeking alternative to my sleep apnea. However, I must recommend the CPAP clinic, it is a company with great staff members top-down. I got a lot of encouragement and support on the use of my CPAP machine, I returned the trial machine late yet in the midst of all that, they were so nice and friendly, considered my plea to wave the charges which I deserved. They listen to the customers, the store is very clean and welcoming. I strongly recommend this clinic!

Would leave 0 star if possible ordered F20 mask on Mar 6 online it said there were 12 in stock got an email saying out of stock but would be shipped in a day or two. I just talked with them and they say 1 more week for stock to arrive they charged my credit card at time of order so I paid for something I can t use had to cancel order to get my money back online it says 9 in stock rep says online not updated. They need to get on the ball.
