Wow Fast and very helpful srvice

My local Vancouver Island CPAP store wanted $2400 for an S10 RESMED including $400 extra for the humidifier tank that already comes with the machine. They also told me that I couldn t get extended medical insurance if I bought online. Wow , this is totally untrue. I found CPAP clinic through several references on a CPAP forum. Talked to the manager on the phone and got the same machine for $980, delivered to my home at no extra cost and my extended medical insurance paid for it. The service offered by CPAP Clinic is great. They even threw in some extra filters with my order for free. Fast, very helpful and I will be a repeat customer because of my experience. Dennis Nanaimo BC

Excellent customer service and products

I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. Fortunately, I did not give up and searched in Google for other CPAP machine places, and one day, I was in Vaughan, and Google lead me to this CPAP location at Vaughan. Juli was very knowledgeable about the products, and about how one may feel when just getting started to use a CPAP for the first time. Her kind approach and patience really made the difference to get me started with my CPAP machine. That first night, I slept for the first time in many years, and woke up feeling energized, as if I had had a Power up sleep. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away. Thank you Juli, you make a difference in people s lives.
