Outstanding provider for both CPAP equipment and assistance

As a CPAP user for over 6 years, I was delighted to find CPAP Clinic about 4 years ago. After my experience with 2 other providers they are in a league of their own. Over the last period of 4 years I have bought online or just walked in and the service is always the same - helpful, knowledgeable, fast and reliable and, in comparison to other providers, extremely reasonable costs. I must thank Melissa, Julie, Bill and Alex who have each helped me at one time or another for their patience and assistance in improving my CPAP experience. I just bought my 2nd machine after 5 years - Airsense 10 - and I am amazed at the improvement the experience. I highly recommend the CPAP Clinic for anyone needing CPAP material or assistance.

Would leave 0 star if possible ordered F20 mask on Mar 6 online it said there were 12 in stock got an email saying out of stock but would be shipped in a day or two. I just talked with them and they say 1 more week for stock to arrive they charged my credit card at time of order so I paid for something I can t use had to cancel order to get my money back online it says 9 in stock rep says online not updated. They need to get on the ball.

Extraordinary Service for many years!

I ve been a client for many years, from the time I lived in BC, then Alberta and now Saskatchewan. The customer service I receive from C-Pap Clinic has always been extraordinary! If you have any questions or enquiries, they communicate right away and are extremely helpful. The products are below any price I ve encountered and the very few local C-Pap stores/clinic I ve visited in my "C-Pap life", never have the mask I love - in fact I ve been told it s "discontinued", which is completely untrue as I have no problem ordering my mask and parts from the C-Pap Clinic. Along with competitive pricing, everything I ve ordered is shipped quickly and with no shipping fees! It s a win-win situation! The few times an item I ve ordered is "out of stock", it s only a few days before they get it in and will let me know. You received an email to let you know when your order is being shipped, so that you can keep an eye out for it to arrive. I love the fact that my supplies are sent by Canada Post, so that I don t have to be home the day a courier company decides to deliver it and just leaves it at the doorstep. My supplies come in my mailbox where they are safe. My C-Pap machine came via courier but I was informed by the excellent courier company upon it s arrival, so it wasn t left at the doorstep. I have been a customer for many years now and I will continue to be a satisfied customer for many more years! Excellent Service!
