My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Derenity Mask discontinued
How can you discontinue the serenity mask standard gel model 9352G. It is so much more comfortable and functional for me compared to the new thin plastic stuff. Highly disappointed.
