I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in. Altogether in less than a 24 hours my order was made, processed and the CPAP machine sent to me. Five days later my CPAP arrived. Great communication. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Will definitely recommend and have them assist me with future purchases.
Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.
