
Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.

I purchased my CPAP, masks & hoses as well as my travel bag many years ago, and all is well. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and quick shipping. I have check with other CPAP "stores" and no contest!

Hien Tran; Superb Customer Service
On November 13, 2025 I booked an appointment with Hien Tran to purchase a new ResMed CPAP machine. I previously met Hien in April, I had a Fisher & Paykel Machine which no longer worked. Instead of selling me a new machine, Hien painstakingly refurbished the F&P machine . Because of its age I decided to purchase a new machine. Again Hien patiently explained the options and configured a new ResMed machine for my use. He also helped set up the ResMed APP on my iPhone. The next day, he followed up with an e-mail to see if I was satisfied with the product settings. l suggested a minor modification which he incorporated remotely. Hien provided significant added value and greatly exceeded my expectations. I am delighted. Hien, Thank you!
