Appreciation

Reflecting on my angst of purchasing products from a non Canadian company I decided to Google CPAP products. To my delight I located CPAPClinic.ca I telephoned and chatted with a young lady, Julie Benson. Directions were provided from my abode in Mount Forest Ontario and I arranged a rendezvous on a Saturday. The warm and professional greeting was obviously a sign the young ladies enjoy what they are doing. After a few moments with Ms. Benson, my queries centered on some technical data and she invited Ms. Santos to provide the information. I was quite impressed with Ms. Santos professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I have the items I ordered and will place all future orders through this company. I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in. Altogether in less than a 24 hours my order was made, processed and the CPAP machine sent to me. Five days later my CPAP arrived. Great communication. Very quick, friendly and efficient service. Will definitely recommend and have them assist me with future purchases.

I recently purchased my ResMed Device online, supplied by the Cpap Clinic. The cost of the device itself saved me almost $2000, compared to a "Care Provider" my doctor referred me to. But I required some assistance in setting up the device. An email to the Cpap Clinic brought an immediate response and excellent advice and help via email and a phone conversation.
