  2. Have a Cpap machine too. It’s set at 10. I love that I can sleep so much better, yet I’ll be glad to lose enough weight to get rid of it for good!

  3. Oh yes I had this problem before, kept waking up gasping for air. So I used a nasal pillow together eat healthy, and do exercise, problem solved after a few weeks. Very effective way of loosing weight!!!
