This Policy is to demonstrate our commitment to protecting you and providing a best service at all times.
Unopened products, excluding pillows and body support products, and products that have manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All CPAP, APAP and BiPAP devices are not returnable once they have been used. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for the return.
If you would like to return a product which does not meet the criteria stated above, we might consider accepting the return for a store credit. Please email us at email@example.com; with your name, contact information, order number and your reason for the return of the product. We will review your request and determine if the product can be returned for a store credit.
No refunds or credits will be processed until the product is returned and examined by the CPAP CLINIC staff.
