After the lower jaw has been held forward for several hours, patients may need help finding their original bite position when the TAP is taken out. The AM Aligner is a device used after the TAP (or any appliance) is worn. It exercises and repositions the patients jaw back into alignment. By using the AM Aligner every morning, the risk of causing a permanent bite change can be reduced.The AM Aligner is constructed from a thermoplastic material that, when heated, can be molded onto the upper teeth by the clinician. It should be fitted at the same time as the TAP delivery and should be worn every morning after wearing the TAP (or any oral appliance) to reposition the jaw and teeth back to the patients original bite.

I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. Fortunately, I did not give up and searched in Google for other CPAP machine places, and one day, I was in Vaughan, and Google lead me to this CPAP location at Vaughan. Juli was very knowledgeable about the products, and about how one may feel when just getting started to use a CPAP for the first time. Her kind approach and patience really made the difference to get me started with my CPAP machine. That first night, I slept for the first time in many years, and woke up feeling energized, as if I had had a Power up sleep. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away.
