I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. Red med CPA alert came up stating motor life exceeded. Please contact service providers

After 4 years of use an alert came up on my machine stating my motor life exceeded and to contact my seri providers.I cannot believe this for the price we pay for these machines and they only last 4 years For shame resmed. My first remed machine is still going after 10 years( I use it for travel.)
