This is the first time I have dealt with CPAP clinic/Vaughan since I started using a machine a few years ago. My Phillips CPAP was recalled and I phoned all over Toronto and surrounding areas but could not buy a new one. I put my name on a waiting list with the Clinic and received a call a couple of months later. Daniel is a gem, very courteous, knowledgeable and patient. My mask was not fitting properly and I received an appointment the next day with Daniel who fixed the problem in a matter of minutes. So glad I found this clinic.

Extraordinary Service for many years!

I ve been a client for many years, from the time I lived in BC, then Alberta and now Saskatchewan. The customer service I receive from C-Pap Clinic has always been extraordinary! If you have any questions or enquiries, they communicate right away and are extremely helpful. The products are below any price I ve encountered and the very few local C-Pap stores/clinic I ve visited in my "C-Pap life", never have the mask I love - in fact I ve been told it s "discontinued", which is completely untrue as I have no problem ordering my mask and parts from the C-Pap Clinic. Along with competitive pricing, everything I ve ordered is shipped quickly and with no shipping fees! It s a win-win situation! The few times an item I ve ordered is "out of stock", it s only a few days before they get it in and will let me know. You received an email to let you know when your order is being shipped, so that you can keep an eye out for it to arrive. I love the fact that my supplies are sent by Canada Post, so that I don t have to be home the day a courier company decides to deliver it and just leaves it at the doorstep. My supplies come in my mailbox where they are safe. My C-Pap machine came via courier but I was informed by the excellent courier company upon it s arrival, so it wasn t left at the doorstep. I have been a customer for many years now and I will continue to be a satisfied customer for many more years! Excellent Service!

i tell this story often to people who ask about my Res med 10.....and the 9 i had before.....I say like anything else its a process to understand the lifestryle change of choosing you future health or just keep suffering.,....Its about the support you can get from someone....I must have talked to Alex 3 or 4 times over a month when he coached me up and i stayed in touch for 10 years....i have bought two such machines.....I got a call from someone who i offered my phone number and said ....you need one but you also will need support....And the Cpap clinic provided me the support until i knew that my Res med 9 and 10 were my best friend.....for 10 years or more i have breathed easier ...my nasal polyps are gone....they went when i used the heated hose.....i actually sleep 7 or 8 hours not two or 3.....Alex i am indebted too you Sir.....
