This Policy is to demonstrate our commitment to protecting you and providing a best service at all times.
Unopened products, excluding pillows and body support products, and products that have manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 days of purchase.
All CPAP, APAP and BiPAP devices are not returnable once they have been opened. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee for the return.
If you would like to return a product which does not meet the criteria stated above, we might consider accepting the return for a store credit. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; with your name, contact information, order number and your reason for the return of the product. We will review your request and determine if the product can be returned for a store credit.
Shipping costs to refund item(s) may be paid directly by the customer and are not covered by CPAP Clinic. After approval of inspection of item(s), your refund will processed as a store credit or original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
All CPAP, APAP and BiPAP devices comes with a 3 years manufacturer warranty. If your device faills to operate, please contact our office at 1-877-430-CPAP(2727) for assistance. Warranty claim approval is solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. If water damage or misuse is determined to be the cause of the malfunction, the warranty will be voided.
For the warranty replacement, a brand new replacement unit will be given. CPAP CLINIC is responsible for the shipping fee of the warranty replacement.
A device which is no longer covered by its warranty can be shipped to CPAP CLINIC for a repair estimate. It might take weeks to receive such an estimate. Once it has been received from the manufacturer, CPAP CLINIC will contact the customer to discuss the repair.
