I live on Vancouver Island. I called first and discussed what I was looking for in a machine. The person I talked with provided me with a price that was over $1000 less than my local dealer. I was asked to submit my prescription by email. After it was approved and within 2 hours I was provided with a link to order. After ordering I received a confirmation and follow up email when the machine was ready to send. The pressure and ramp was preset and a few extra filters thrown in. Awesome Machine, very quiet and with the New ResMed Airfit P10 Nasal pillow, just love it. Machine is portable and can now use it at the lake or when travelling with a portable battery.
