I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. Deamstation 2 water resovoir problem
Got my beautiful new replacement machine only to find tiny hairline cracks around bottom of water reservoir, now leaks out! Called company and they will not replace it as it’s past 3 month warranty For this much money I’m very disappointed
