I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. Comme j étais à Mississauga pour des raisons d affaires, ils ont mis une machine de côté pour quelques jours avant mon déplacement d affaires pour une livraison en magasin. My go to place
To go to any other place would be illogical. Top shelf service, i have never had a bad experiance with these knowledgable people. Best of all when it came to dealing with my health insurance guys, they told me say this, send those papers we emailed you and all will be well. Spot on. I hate dealing with health insurance dudes. How they get Canada post to move so quick will always be a mystery to mankind. So here s to the cpap clinic, thanks for all the years of top shelf service.
