After being diagnosed with Moderate OSA my doctor gave me a list of suppliers. I looked for reviews and couldn t find any but CPAP clinic kept popping up; yet, it wasn t one of the clinics recommended by my doctor. I decided to believe the reviews and I m glad I did. Rob walked me through everything and I completed an initial trial as suggested by my doctor and I was even allowed to keep the loaner for some extra days when my doctor cancelled my appt. Stellar Customer Service!
This is a fantastic company to do business with. The customer service is stellar and that is what made dealings so great. Appointments easily made and timely, ran on time, and had one assigned free parking spot for customers in a pay parking lot as an added convenience. The ladies in the Barrie office have been wonderful. The equipment has been good and was covered by my insurance. I do think the CPAP machine provides me with a more rested feeling the next morning.
