I bought a Z1 machine from CPAP Clinic for travel and my business travel. This is a fantastic medical device, a lightweight device and does not take place in luggage compared to other CPAP. I save around $200 compared to purchasing it from suppliers in the province of Québec for the same service and after sale service. Before buying this machine, I exchanged emails with CPAP Clinic and they responded quickly to all my questions. As I was in Mississauga for business matters, they put a machine on hold for a couple of days before my travel for a pick up in store. Otherwise, they were ready to ship it to me at home. Stellar Customer Service!

This is a fantastic company to do business with. The customer service is stellar and that is what made dealings so great. Appointments easily made and timely, ran on time, and had one assigned free parking spot for customers in a pay parking lot as an added convenience. The ladies in the Barrie office have been wonderful. The equipment has been good and was covered by my insurance. I do think the CPAP machine provides me with a more rested feeling the next morning.
