Exceptional service and value
The customer service at CPAP Clinic is outstanding. I ordered the Z1 CPAP unit for a trip to Europe but I didn’t order the battery pack. When I contacted Air Canada to ‘register’ my CPAP device they informed I couldn’t use it without a battery pack. I called the CPAP Clinic for help, the found me a battery pack at a very fair price and shipped it overnight. Thank you CPAP Team!

Red med CPA alert came up stating motor life exceeded. Please contact service providers
After 4 years of use an alert came up on my machine stating my motor life exceeded and to contact my seri providers.I cannot believe this for the price we pay for these machines and they only last 4 years For shame resmed. My first remed machine is still going after 10 years( I use it for travel.)
