Alex has been great. I wanted to order a replacement CPAP machine. Alex gave me suggestions and I chose the one he suggested. The machine is so quieter than the previous one I had. I am totally satisfied. Gave some free perks like wipes extra gliders for mask etc. Alex also gave me a payment plan too. The cost of the machine was almost half the price the other sellers had. Fast shipping. Awesome. I will stick on this website for years to come.

Reflecting on my angst of purchasing products from a non Canadian company I decided to Google CPAP products. To my delight I located CPAPClinic.ca I telephoned and chatted with a young lady, Julie Benson. Directions were provided from my abode in Mount Forest Ontario and I arranged a rendezvous on a Saturday. The warm and professional greeting was obviously a sign the young ladies enjoy what they are doing. After a few moments with Ms. Benson, my queries centered on some technical data and she invited Ms. Santos to provide the information. I was quite impressed with Ms. Santos professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I have the items I ordered and will place all future orders through this company. i tell this story often to people who ask about my Res med 10.....and the 9 i had before.....I say like anything else its a process to understand the lifestryle change of choosing you future health or just keep suffering.,....Its about the support you can get from someone....I must have talked to Alex 3 or 4 times over a month when he coached me up and i stayed in touch for 10 years....i have bought two such machines.....I got a call from someone who i offered my phone number and said ....you need one but you also will need support....And the Cpap clinic provided me the support until i knew that my Res med 9 and 10 were my best friend.....for 10 years or more i have breathed easier ...my nasal polyps are gone....they went when i used the heated hose.....i actually sleep 7 or 8 hours not two or 3.....Alex i am indebted too you Sir.....
