The plastic tray and support bed board of the CPAP Holder are easy to assemble and use. Attach the tray to the bed board using the included bolts and washers. In the case of a humidifier water spill, the plastic tray sides reduce the chances of water damage to furniture and flooring. The bed board is slipped between the mattress and box spring at the head end of the bed. Secure the machine using the included Velcro strap.

I have been working with Jili at your Dixie Road location for a couple of months now. I came to her with a complete list of issues: CPAP machine not working correctly, mask would not fit correctly because of my full beard, using the machine with very little or no results, etc, etc. Juli is friendly, very patient and extermely knowledgable. I now have a machine and a face mask that work. I'm sure that if it wasn't for Juli's help I would have stopped using the machine weeks ago. Thank you Juli

Today I ordered my first CPAP machine and have been blown away by the service. By the time I placed the order their shipments had gone out for the day. Viberly took my order and said I had just missed the pick up by Canada Post for today so my order was to be shipped out on Monday. I have to say I was a little disappointed as was hoping to ge started on therapy as soon as possible but was satisfied with the excellent help I received. When I just now checked my emails I see that sure enough they went above and beyond and shipped ny parcel today. Now that is service. I will for sure be recommending them big time. Thank you
