I was very pleasantly surprised when I contacted this store. They are simply wonderful both at customer service and honesty. I was treated professionally from the start and the staff (Nurse) was exceptionally detailed and very friendly. This will be my go-to store from this point forward and I hope you will call this place first otherwise you will not be happy (others will try to upsell and over-charge you for more inferior service)! Great overview of how the CPAP machines work when I came in. They are determined to help find a solution with a mask and CPAP machine that works for you!! They actually read the CPAP data that s a wireless transmission in the unit and get back to you with how well you are doing at controlling your Sleep Apnea. Any questions they explain in an easy fashion to understand and put you at ease. Wish I had found these guys at the start!

New cpac machine
I went in to the Mississauga store to get a quote on a new machine, mask and hose. Daniel took care of me and with the Govt. assistance and my private insurance, I paid a fraction of what I thought it would. He helped me pick the proper machine as per what the doctor wanted me to use and they had it all in stock. I can’t say enough about the great service I received at this location. I don’t always write a lot of reviews, but I did this time because of the exceptional service I received.
