Appreciation

Reflecting on my angst of purchasing products from a non Canadian company I decided to Google CPAP products. To my delight I located CPAPClinic.ca I telephoned and chatted with a young lady, Julie Benson. Directions were provided from my abode in Mount Forest Ontario and I arranged a rendezvous on a Saturday. The warm and professional greeting was obviously a sign the young ladies enjoy what they are doing. After a few moments with Ms. Benson, my queries centered on some technical data and she invited Ms. Santos to provide the information. I was quite impressed with Ms. Santos professionalism, knowledge and recommendations. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I have the items I ordered and will place all future orders through this company. Great Service, Great People

I found this place online while searching for a replacement CPAP machine, they were close to my work so it was convenient to stop by. Called and made an appointment. The Consultant, Rob P., was knowledgeable, helpful, and made my experience above and beyond what I have previously had with other CPAP consultants. The appointment itself was an example of how all customer service interactions should go. Rob took the time to explain all of my options for the best machine for me, then went on to have me try on and experience the best mask for me. The prices for the equipment were fair and below most competitors. In addition to the great in person experience, was the follow up. I received both a follow up email from Rob, to ensure that I was satisfied with my equipment, but I also got a compliance and therapy report that I can request at anytime! This has been the greatest experience with a company that I have done business with in regards to specialty medical therapy, and I wish Rob and the CPAP Clinic many more years of successful business. I will be a repeat customer for life and will continue to support this great business.

Much to my chagrin, I just recently started using a CPAP machine. When I was still in testing mode, I was having a disagreement with my service provider, here in Ottawa; so a friend referred me to Rob Pearce in the Mississauga CPAP Clinic. I was apprehensive about doing the deal long distance; but was I surprised. I couldn t believe the support and encouragement he provided. He also sent me a loaner, which I received in 3 days; and my purchased machine arrived 5 days later. Rob and his colleagues were efficient and professional and answered all my concerns. And the icing on the cake was that his price was better than the quote I had received from the Ottawa company. I would not hesitate to recommend having your CPAP needs provided by CPAP Clinic. They understand the meaning of service.
