After being diagnosed with Moderate OSA my doctor gave me a list of suppliers. I looked for reviews and couldn t find any but CPAP clinic kept popping up; yet, it wasn t one of the clinics recommended by my doctor. I decided to believe the reviews and I m glad I did. Rob walked me through everything and I completed an initial trial as suggested by my doctor and I was even allowed to keep the loaner for some extra days when my doctor cancelled my appt. Excellent Service

My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. He was very professional and helpful, kept me informed, and now I have received a brand new unit. Just excellent service and personal assistance.
