I bought a new nasal mask 3 weeks ago and recieved it within a week, but it was to big. I sent it back and recieved a new one within 1 week. Great overview of how the CPAP machines work when I came in. They are determined to help find a solution with a mask and CPAP machine that works for you!! They actually read the CPAP data that s a wireless transmission in the unit and get back to you with how well you are doing at controlling your Sleep Apnea. Any questions they explain in an easy fashion to understand and put you at ease. Wish I had found these guys at the start!
