Great Customer Service

I tried the CPAP machine but it was very uncomfortable for me, I discontinued use and now seeking alternative to my sleep apnea. However, I must recommend the CPAP clinic, it is a company with great staff members top-down. I got a lot of encouragement and support on the use of my CPAP machine, I returned the trial machine late yet in the midst of all that, they were so nice and friendly, considered my plea to wave the charges which I deserved. They listen to the customers, the store is very clean and welcoming. I strongly recommend this clinic!

I have been a loyal client of cpap clinic,for a many years. The friendly,professional services provided by Alex and his team,has always been spot on. I happened to travel to Toronto, forgetting my cpap machine up north I contacted Cpap Vaughan, spoke with Kiana,explained my predicament,I was told I would receive a call back very shortly. Within 5 mins,I received a call from Charisma. Kiana had given her my concerns, Charisma offered my a loner machine,for the week of my stay,before getting back to my machine up north! Awesome Service! In today s day of poor,impersonal services across the business world,how refreshing to be treated with respectful genuine concern to help! Loyalty appreciated! Stellar Customer Service!

This is a fantastic company to do business with. The customer service is stellar and that is what made dealings so great. Appointments easily made and timely, ran on time, and had one assigned free parking spot for customers in a pay parking lot as an added convenience. The ladies in the Barrie office have been wonderful. The equipment has been good and was covered by my insurance. I do think the CPAP machine provides me with a more rested feeling the next morning.
