I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

Very happy with their service & professionalism, I was pleasantly surprised to find out they allow me to test trial cpap masks for free before you buy without any obligation. A huge thank you to Alex for his excellent customer service to me over the phone, helping me to select my new CPAP machine and mask. My new CPAP machine (AirSense 10 Autoset) works great (so very quiet!!). As always, I can always count on Alex for his patience, advice and excellent customer service! My CPAP machine and mask arrived quickly right to my door and the delivery person actually used the doorbell to hand the delivery right into my hands, instead of just leaving it on the porch. I have been a customer for many years - first from BC, Alberta and now Saskatchewan - and have always received excellent service! Thank you Alex!
