I bought a machine approximately three years ago it started acting up so I called I was three weeks short of the warranty and they wouldn’t help me so now I’m paying $400 to get it fixed

Stellar Customer Service!
This is a fantastic company to do business with. The customer service is stellar and that is what made dealings so great. Appointments easily made and timely, ran on time, and had one assigned free parking spot for customers in a pay parking lot as an added convenience. The ladies in the Barrie office have been wonderful. The equipment has been good and was covered by my insurance. I do think the CPAP machine provides me with a more rested feeling the next morning.
