I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

I recently purchased my ResMed Device online, supplied by the Cpap Clinic. The cost of the device itself saved me almost $2000, compared to a "Care Provider" my doctor referred me to. But I required some assistance in setting up the device. An email to the Cpap Clinic brought an immediate response and excellent advice and help via email and a phone conversation. Forgotten CPAP electrical cord

I realized when I was unpacking my CPAP machine at the airport hotel that I had not packed the electrical cord for my CPAP. I phoned your company and got in touch with Alex who undertook to locate the necessary cord and then arrange for a Uber driver to deliver it to the hotel. It was a necessary expense since we are flying out for a month tomorrow morning early. Thanks once again to Alex who went out of his way to make all this happen. Peter
