Although I have not yet received my machine I am so impressed with the customer support and the bonus of price matching. I was at the Barrie store today to get my first CPAP machine. The customer service I received from Robert and June was second to none. They educated me on the product, assisted me with everything I needed and a professional and pleasing manner. Very informative, personable and a pleasure to speak with. The store pricing and service puts another supplier in the Barrie area TO SHAME (CPAP Store by PROFMed) I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store and these PROFESSIONAL HEALTH CARE service members. In my opinion this is the ONLY place to get a CPAP machine. A very enjoyable and educational experience. THANK YOU, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
