The built-in ambient light sensor adjusts to the brightness of the room. So if you need to get up during the night, the screen's back light won't disrupt your bed partner. The light also turns off automatically, so you can settle back to sleep without disturbance.

I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and was advised by my doctor to start using a cpap machine. Je suis de la regions de montréal et tout les fournisseurs de machine CPAP sont très dispendieux (2000$ et +) pour le meme équipements. J ai eu cette référenca par une amie, j hésitait à acheter une machine sur internet car c était ma première machine et je ne savait pas vraiment comment cela allait fonctionner. Pour 700$ de moins je me suis essayer ! ils ont répondu a toutes mes questions rapidements et je peux vous dire que j en était gêner de poser autant de questions mais les réponses était clairs et precise et ils m ont fait sentir que ca leur fesait plaisir de me répondre ! La machine à été pré-programmer selon ma prescription, envoyer la journée meme que j ai passer la commande, super service et très rapides. Même un fois la machine recu, j avais d autres question et ils se sont fait un plaisir de m y répondres. Mon pneumologue as pris en notes les informations afin de pouvoir referrer les personnes qui n ont pas d assurances ! Félicitation a toute l équipe !

Excellent customer service and products
I want to acknowledge the excellent Customer Service that I have received from Juli at the Vaughan location. I first was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few years ago and I was in denial for almost 1 year, then finally decided to get a machine and went to a different place close to Yonge and Steeles and I had the worst experience ever. Fortunately, I did not give up and searched in Google for other CPAP machine places, and one day, I was in Vaughan, and Google lead me to this CPAP location at Vaughan. Juli was very knowledgeable about the products, and about how one may feel when just getting started to use a CPAP for the first time. Her kind approach and patience really made the difference to get me started with my CPAP machine. That first night, I slept for the first time in many years, and woke up feeling energized, as if I had had a Power up sleep. I am very thankful to Juli s professionalism in customer service, the quality of the Resmed product that we chose, her guidance and patience for us to get the most comfortable mask I could have ever hoped for (Dreamworks) after her helping me to try several others. The quality of sleep that I have now has most probably saved my life. I am getting the right care for my body, the right oxygen I need and definitely peace of mind. I decided to buy the cleaning machine, which has worked wonderfully, also giving me the confidence that my mask and machine are very well taken care of. I recently purchased a mask replacement, called her, and as always, her customer support was excellent and got the products shipped to my home right away.
