Alex is very helpful and the prices are the lowest. This is not a scam so order with confidence. I have been to other CPAP stores and they try to give you a boat anchor while charging top dollar. Alex goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. I have been to the store and tried many masks until we found the one that works for me.
Very disappointed with the quality of the Phillips Wisp mask frame and hose assembly. Seven to ten days after the 90 warranty the cloth-covered mask frame disintegrated on one side of the mask. I repaired the break with tape only to have the plastic clips on the hose cease to remain connected to the mask (more tape). I made the mistake of not contacting VitalAire immediately, and now have no recourse but to purchase new equipment. "Great warranty" folks on a cheaply made but expensive product.
