I phoned to order a new hose for my CPAP machine and received excellent service. The hose was on sale with no shipping cost and there was a promotion on that gave me a second hose at no cost plus a container of wipes. Everything just cost me $18.30. I received everything in the mail three mailing days later. I was very surprised and pleased to get it so fast. I will most definitely contact you when I need parts again.

Would leave 0 star if possible ordered F20 mask on Mar 6 online it said there were 12 in stock got an email saying out of stock but would be shipped in a day or two. I just talked with them and they say 1 more week for stock to arrive they charged my credit card at time of order so I paid for something I can t use had to cancel order to get my money back online it says 9 in stock rep says online not updated. They need to get on the ball.
I have been going to the Dixie Road branch for more than a year and each time I am impressed by the prompt, patient and careful service provided by the CPAP clinic. I discovered them online last year and called them up and their response was encouraging and compassionate. I was very sleep deprived at the time! I went to the Dixie Road branch and got excellent service from them. I remember Rob Pierce in particular, who was incredibly patient with me and helped me find just the right mask! I went back to them this week for a replacement mask and their service was just as good!
