Juli, Juli, Juli

I have been working with Jili at your Dixie Road location for a couple of months now. I came to her with a complete list of issues: CPAP machine not working correctly, mask would not fit correctly because of my full beard, using the machine with very little or no results, etc, etc. Juli is friendly, very patient and extermely knowledgable. I now have a machine and a face mask that work. I'm sure that if it wasn't for Juli's help I would have stopped using the machine weeks ago. Thank you Juli

Amazing Service

I was hesitant to purchase a CPAP mask on-line. I called CPAP Clinic in Mississauga any they were very nice and helpful. Their prices were the best (I called quite a few places)and they told me if I ordered early enough the mask would probably arrive the next day. I thought, "yeah sure." I ordered the mask and was amazed that the mask indeed arrived the next day. I am so impressed! Thank you.

Excellent Service

My initial purchase of a Z1 CPAP in January 2016 was very satisfactory staff interaction -fast, efficient delivery, and great product. This fall I received an error message on the machine and phoned for assistance. Dominique immediately asked me to return the Z1 for examination, and promptly informed me that I would get a Warranty replacement from the manufacturer. He was very professional and helpful, kept me informed, and now I have received a brand new unit. Just excellent service and personal assistance.
