Alex visited me at my workplace to deliver and set up the machine rather than me having to go out all the way to Vaughn. The initial machine developed a fault and Alex quickly got another machine to me. I ve bought all my consumables from the CPAP Clinic over the phone and the service has been both easy and quick. This is the third time I have purchased something from the CPAP Clinic and their service and prices are EXCELLENT. Delivery is fast and they actually answer their emails promptly. :-) They have free stuff occasionally which is nice.

I ordered my item and got it within 3 days but was missing one part so I used the online support and they gave me a number to call.Dominic was really helpful,he saw the mistake and told me would call me back after he checks his inventory.He called back within 10 mins to say that they have what I was missing and sent it right away.Got it two days after.Great service and prices.Will buy from them again.
